Class observation for a colleague

Today, I observed my colleague’s teaching for an English third grade class.

In her class, it shocks me to see a Roma kid in the back of the class. He had nothing on his table and nobody sat next to him or want to help him. He seems clueless but did participated in some class activities. There were a couple of privileged kids picking on him. He cried. I wonder what his future will be. The kids who sat at the front are better educated and dresses better.
