I coordinated a surprise birthday get-together with one of my students for her best friend. Only a few of their friends were invited to be part of this while the rest of the students stayed at their homeroom. While the friends were blowing balloons to fill up the room, I ran the projector to play a CD on the computer of pictures of the birthday girl and playing music in the background.
When the birthday girl entered the classroom, escorted by her best friend, she had no idea. She was in total shock. She had her mouth opened but covered because she was surprised. Her friends sang Happy Birthday and held sparks.
Balloons!! I was disappointed that the picture was blurred.
The next day, me and the students tied up the balloons to take home.
